- On 16th December 2019 at Nyon, Switzerland will host the knockout stage draw.
- Two seeding pots: Groups Winners and Runners-up.
- A team cannot be drawn against their own domestic competition and current group.
- Seeded group winners will play the first-leg away and Second-leg at home.
- The First legs will be played in February and second legs in March.
